Connie has over 25 years’ experience in finance, risk, governance and corporate reporting. Her international career experience includes nine years with PwC across Shanghai, New York and Melbourne in the Financial Services Practice, several years at the largest pan-Asian life insurance company in China as Head of Finance, and various senior positions at the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office and a mid-tier accounting firm providing audit and advisory services to not-for-profit organisations and charities. From 2014 to 2020, Connie was an Executive and the Company Secretary of the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors, an organisation that supports investors in exercising active ownership and integrating ESG factors into the investment processes.  

Connie has extensive knowledge and experience in audit and assurance, CFO advisory, M&A due diligence procedures, corporate governance, and sustainability & ESG. With her unique experience in both finance and ESG, she has strong skills in helping organisations identify ESG risks and opportunities, report on them and link ESG performance to financial outcomes. 

Connie is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an ASIC Registered Company Auditor, an IFRS Sustainability Alliance Member, and an International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert Charterholder.
